I am a licensed clinical social worker in North and South Carolina with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. As the CEO of Thrive Counseling Services, I bring a deep clinical foundation combined with strategic leadership to guide our organization's growth and mission.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds across a wide range of settings—including outpatient therapy, intensive in-home services, school-based programs, and psychiatric hospitals. This diverse experience has not only shaped my clinical perspective but also informs how I lead with empathy, vision, and a strong commitment to accessible, high-quality care.

At Thrive, I focus on cultivating a collaborative and inclusive environment that prioritizes the well-being of both our clients and our clinicians. I am passionate about promoting mental health equity and implementing policies that meet the diverse needs of the communities we serve. My goal as CEO is to ensure that Thrive continues to be a place of innovation, compassion, and excellence in care.

Fun Fact: I am a mother to 2 boys, a dog, cat, guinea pig and ferret. I call it my zoo!
