Sherdilia Lennon, LCSWA
Psychotherapist - Indian Trail
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate in the state of North Carolina who works with children, adolescents & adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the ongoing pressures of daily life. I approach therapy with a steady, compassionate presence and a commitment to helping clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they work through difficult life events. My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly, explore what’s been weighing on you, and being to build the tools needed to move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
My approach is person centered and trauma informed. I take time to understand each client’s unique history and current challenges, and together we develop a treatment plan that feels both meaningful and manageable. I value collaboration and transparency, and I work at a pace that respects your comfort and readiness.
I have a passion for supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking a consistent, supportive environment to process their experiences. I also work with clients who are dealing with persistent worry, low mood, burnout, or the cumulative impact of stress. I aim to help clients make sense of their emotional patterns, strengthen their coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of stability and self‑trust.
