I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in South Carolina. My clinical experiences have included working in outpatient and inpatient care with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked with individuals struggling with problems like anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, interpersonal problems, life transitions and identity struggles.

As your counselor, I want to help you explore and become comfortable with yourself. We will work through self-examination, reflection, and uncomfortable emotions so that you can move towards living your life with contentment and understanding. We will work on brining you back to yourself so you can begin to enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.

My hope is that together we can empower you to grow through self-discovery, leaving past patterns behind so you can make the changes necessary to lead your authentic life.
