Jen Lochte, LCSW
Chief Clinical Officer
With over 17 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, I bring a deep commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for supporting both clients and clinicians. For more than 12 of those years, I’ve worked as a therapist while also mentoring and supervising other therapists across outpatient settings and within both public and private school systems.`
As Chief Clinical Officer, I believe in the power of change and the importance of accessible, compassionate care. I strive to create a clinical culture grounded in empathy, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth. My leadership approach is rooted in supporting therapists while ensuring we deliver high-quality, trauma-informed services that strengthen individuals and families.
I see each client and clinician as bringing unique strengths to the table. My role is to help identify, build, and grow those strengths—whether through clinical supervision, program development, or direct therapeutic work. I’m dedicated to fostering an environment where both staff and clients can thrive, with the goal of achieving healthier behaviors, stronger relationships, and more fulfilling lives.
Fun Fact: I played field hockey and lacrosse in high school and college. I now coach middle school field hockey to help grow the game so the sport can become sanctioned.
