Jen Lochte, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

I have over 17 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families. For over 12 years, I have worked as a therapist and mentored other therapists in outpatient centers and in the public and private school systems. I have a passion for helping individuals and strengthening family units.

I believe in change and feel anyone can improve their challenges with help; sometimes taking the step to come in for therapy is the biggest step to achieving this. Showing empathy, compassion, guidance, and support is the framework for how I help others. Forming a therapeutic relationship with each individual and/or family is the foundation for success in therapy. Each individual comes to the table with strengths and I look forward to helping identify, build and grow these strengths. I will guide you and together we will create a path to achieve an ideal level of happiness, healthy behavior and productive life skills.

Fun Fact: I played field hockey and lacrosse in high school and college. I now coach middle school field hockey to help grow the game so the sport can become sanctioned.
