I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate experienced in working with all age groups in various capacities. I believe people are the experts of their lives and my approach is meeting people where they are at to assist them in navigating healthy choices. I serve from a non-judgemental point-of-view and provide services with respect and empathy. I‘ve spent the majority of my career working with youth in schools and through the department of health and human services.

I understand that life brings situations that cause us to feel overwhelmed, anxious, defeated and sometimes we need someone in our corner. You are taking the first big step in acknowledging those emotions and I will be honored to collaborate with you to learn different coping strategies to alleviate those feelings.
