I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in the state of North Carolina. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, women's issues, post-traumatic stress, eating disorders, OCD, and phobias. My therapeutic style includes a variety of techniques including: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, mindfulness training, and internal family systems. My goal is to meet you where you are and come alongside you while we strive for personal growth and increasing resilience to make positive changes in your life.
