Ana Randall, LCMHC
Clinical Director - Indian Trail
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina, and I serve as Clinical Director at Thrive Counseling's Indian Trail location. With over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I bring both clinical depth and a passion for supporting the therapists and clients in our community.
In my director role, I have the privilege of helping shape the clinical culture at Thrive — supporting our team of clinicians as they do meaningful work every day. I also continue to carry a caseload, because direct client work remains close to my heart.
In my work with clients, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, multicultural counseling, and family systems theory. I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and in creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and genuine.
My philosophy is simple: I will meet you where you are. This is your journey — and I hope to walk alongside you, empowering you to experience yourself more fully as a connected and autonomous person.
