Justin Louder, LCMHCA

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate in North Carolina with a Bachelor’s in
Human Services from Wingate University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
from Johns Hopkins University.

I'm committed to supporting individuals as they navigate the ups and downs of life. I believe that
no one should have to walk their journey alone, and my goal is to create a welcoming, accepting
space where clients feel safe to explore who they are and who they want to become.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy to
guide clients toward greater self-awareness, identity development, and personal growth. My
approach is collaborative, encouraging, and grounded in meeting each person exactly where
they are.

I was born and raised in North Carolina. Outside of counseling, I enjoy listening to music, going
for runs, and watching movies and TV shows.
