Smith University and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Winthrop University. I specialize in helping athletes navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, recovering from injuries, and the pressures of success to help perform at an elite level. I am passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and works diligently to promote mental wellness and healing within.
