Amanda Spargo, LCSWA
Psychotherapist
Life can feel overwhelming, stressful, or confusing—but I can help you build clarity, practical skills, and healthier communication. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families using a strengths-based approach tailored to each person. I focus on building a trusting therapeutic rapport and offering a calm, authentic, and compassionate presence so clients feel safe being themselves. I value and affirm diverse identities and neurodiversity, and I honor racial, cultural, and spiritual experiences while striving to understand what matters most to each client.
Sessions can be in-person or virtual. In-person therapy may include guided conversation along with tools such as worksheets, journaling, games, art, music, mindful walks, and skill practice, while virtual sessions use approaches best suited to the online format. I strive to create a collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and confident in making positive changes.
