I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings addressing an array of challenges including: difficulties related to symptoms of anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, challenges with family dynamics, grief/loss, trauma, interpersonal relationships, body image, disordered eating and substance abuse. I use an eclectic approach with a foundation of person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy.
